LinkedIn -Invitation Etiquette Redux

A few weeks back, I offered my opinions as to who one should invite to connect on LinkedIn as well as some best practices with regards on how to invite others to connect.  These posting fostered some good discussion about how one uses LinkedIn and for what purposes individuals “connect” with each other.
