Branding Revisited

I have authored a few posts about branding and its importance in the career search process – helping individuals stand out in a crowd, making oneself more memorable, and getting noticed from a pile of thousands of resumes.  These posts have been polarizing – either strong support or criticism – and I am back at it again.

This time, I will not pontificate as to my opinions, I thought it would be better for a new perspective.  In this case, an employer (KPMG) has created, as part of its recruiting site, a section about branding and getting noticed.  I am sure not everyone will agree with the concept, but for those who were interested in finding out more about what personal branding is all about, the following site can help you through the process:
