Line that I like the best that I think may get overlooked is employers like to “hire people we [the hiring manager] want to work with“. Personality fit within a company or firm is incredibly important to the employer and should be to the prospective employee as well. Before that next interview, go ahead and research the company and industry, prepare examples of teamwork and leadership, know why you would be a great fit for the job – but realize, you need to be a personality match with the future employer in order to be hired. So, be sure to be yourself.
